I appreciated the central location a lot. The minibar had nice facilities, though clarity on complimentary water is needed. The staff were first class, offering fantastic service. Our room included a separate living area, A PLUS.
The floorboards were creaky. This was slightly annoying.

the room itself felt a bit worn the bathroom had a noticeable damp smell. the air conditioning unit looked dirty and needs some serious cleaning. i also noted loose silicone around the bath it looked mouldy

The team was cute. The food tasted good. My room was pleasant and stylish. I found the bed comfortable. I appreciated the clear instructions provided (especially about airport transportation). The front desk and bar staff were friendly. I enjoyed the cocktail selection. The breakfast had high-quality buffet products. Made-to-order items were beautifully decorated.
The towel rail in the bathroom did not heat up. This was a minor inconvenience.

I found the bedding and toiletries fabulous. The room was super clean, specifically located on the 4th floor. I ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food was AMAZING!!! Breakfast each morning offered delicious choices. I found every staff member friendly and professional.
The room, while generally nice, did show some minor wear and tear, something I hope the hotel addresses.

The hotel restaurant features an express menu that was great with good value for money. The breakfast buffet includes porridge, cereals, yoghurt, fruit salad, pastries, and plentiful cooked options. The scrambled eggs alongside the salmon were excellent!!!
